Baltic Partners advisory business was established in September 2016 by Valeri Kulitski, Dmitry Smirnov and a team of seasoned professionals with significant experience in a field of corporate finance advisory to provide independent financial advisory services in the Baltic countries, broader CEE region (including Ukraine) and the Nordics.
Since inception Baltic Partners team has acted as financial advisor in several high-profile sell-side and buy-side M&A deals in the region mainly with involvement of private equity funds.
In September 2025 Baltic Partners teamed up with fund management company 1 Asset Management and, with investments from Latvia’s national development bank ALTUM and Lithuania’s ILTE, announced the launch of the Baltic Capital Markets Acceleration Fund – a private equity fund with target size in access of €50 million, which will provide long-term support to Baltic companies preparing for initial public offerings (IPOs) and help accelerate the development of local capital markets.
Baltic Partners is a member of the Latvian Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (LVCA) and Globalscope, global M&A firm network with over 100 offices worldwide and presence in 50 countries. Baltic Partners team has established working relationships with number of international and regional advisory and investment firms which allows to have better local access to non-core markets.
Baltic Partners offices are located in Riga and Kyiv.
